The month starts with the funnel as it actually is. We name the constraint — acquisition, conversion, lifecycle, or reporting — and set the two or three pieces of work that will move it.

It is enough to own the commercial plan and execute one or two workstreams well. It is not a full-time CMO for a large marketing organisation, and it will not run five channels at once. If the remit is bigger than that, we add days at the same rate, or we talk about Fractional CMO ownership.
